Why collaborative driven work is the 21st century new norm?

We have witnessed 3 Waves of Industrial revolutions such as Mechanisation, Electricity, Computing. The fourth Wave is going to be Collaboration. The present pandemic is one of the best example that demonstrates inspite of negativism the world embraced it through science to seek solution. This calls for the proofs and reliability through R&D. People who weren’t in R&D brought in creativity vis-a-via technology to create a positive impact. The year 2020 has left an answer to the doubts/ questions on technology and knowledge. Philosophically we have agreed to this thinking few centuries ago through a famous saying, “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” Pandemic and circumstances around is going to be earmarked as a way to accept that evolution is dependent on knowledge and technology.
